The Faculty Capacity Enhancement Workshop, organized by the Far Western University (FWU) Training Unit, has been successfully completed. The workshop was conducted in three phases:
Phase 1 (Sept. 9–13, 2024): Participants attended 20 sessions.
Phase 2 (Nov. 11–12, 2024): Participants attended 10 sessions.
Phase 3 (Dec. 27–29, 2024): Participants attended 10 sessions.
In total, the workshop carried 4 credits, equivalent to 60 hours.
The closing ceremony was chaired by Prof. Dr. Rajendra Prasad Bhatt, Coordinator of the FWU Training Unit. Prof. Dr. Hem Raj Pant, Vice Chancellor of FWU, graced the event as the chief guest. Key attendees included Rom Kant Pandey (Resource Person), deans, directors, and members of the University Training Unit and the Training Implementation Committee.
During the program, participants and guests reflected on the workshop's success. The chief guest, Prof. Dr. Hem Raj Pant, emphasized the importance of such training programs and encouraged participants to apply their newly acquired knowledge in their professional fields. He assured that similar initiatives would continue, further enhancing the quality of education at FWU.
Certificates were awarded to the participants during the ceremony. The event was moderated by Dr. Deepak Chandra Bhatt, a member of the University Training Unit.
